These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Lego138 ("lego138", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at lego138.casa (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the Platform immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered by lego138, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offering made available on the Platform.

Lego138 operates as an English-language online gaming platform primarily serving players in Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asian region. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. References to currency amounts in these Terms are denominated in MYR unless explicitly noted otherwise.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Lego138 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and all Player Funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Lego138 permits one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and Player Funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be a director, employee, partner, contractor, consultant, or agent of lego138 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be opened and operated exclusively by the registered individual in their own name.

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Lego138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately. We strongly recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication features on your Account.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one registered Account at any given time. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal information, constitutes a breach of these Terms. Lego138 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and, at its sole discretion, confiscate all Player Funds held in those Accounts.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes, lego138 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. You must submit clear copies of: a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence; a proof of address document issued within the preceding three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement); and, where applicable, verification of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Lego138 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. Lego138 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification and, where applicable, fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow/FPX) are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page. Lego138 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to additional review.

5.5 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Lego138 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional term and these Terms, the promotional term shall prevail for matters relating specifically to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round or transaction is capped at the amount stated in the promotional terms — typically between MYR 25 and MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute at 100%; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Any bonus not utilised within the expiry window will be forfeited without replacement.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Lego138 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of misusing or attempting to exploit bonus promotions. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, exploitation of errors or software glitches, and collusion between Accounts. Where abuse is detected, lego138 may suspend the Account, confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, and close the Account permanently.

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirmation. Lego138 does not accept responsibility for any incorrectly placed bets resulting from Player error.

7.2 Odds and Payouts

Sports betting odds are published in real time and are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Lego138 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of obvious pricing errors.

7.3 Voiding and Cancellation

Lego138 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: events being cancelled or abandoned without a result; obvious pricing or system errors; events starting at a time materially different from that listed; or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 Game Outcomes

All casino and instant game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Lego138 makes no representation that any particular strategy will result in a win, and acknowledges that all games of chance involve the risk of loss.

7.5 Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement must be raised with our support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Lego138's decision on all disputes shall be final after investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of Player Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during Account use.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits, bans, or promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity with other Players designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorist activities, or engage in any other criminal conduct.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• Depositing funds from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment instruments not registered in the Player's own name.
• Engaging in any conduct that is defamatory, abusive, or harassing towards lego138's staff or other players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of lego138 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The lego138 brand name, domain, and logo are proprietary marks of lego138.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of lego138.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lego138 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or business information;
• Loss resulting from reliance on the accuracy of odds or game information published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond lego138's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Lego138's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of Player Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Lego138 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gambling environment. We require all Players to be aged 21 or above and reserve the right to close any Account where there is reasonable evidence of underage gambling.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set or reduced at any time from Account Settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps to restrict total losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Players may set maximum session durations and enable periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent closure of their Account. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Lego138 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or order from a competent authority;
• Evidence that the Account holder is under the age of 21.

Upon Account closure initiated by lego138 for conduct-related reasons, any Player Funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player at their own request without any associated conduct violation, any verified Player Funds will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which lego138 is incorporated and operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall limit lego138's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.

Lego138 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players by email or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an amendment is required on shorter notice by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request voluntary Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.
